We’ll also be introducing one rest day each month, where no fresh baking will take place. This pause allows our small team to recharge and return with the care and quality you expect.

That's why we bake in small batches, work with seasonal ingredients where we can , and keep our menu focused. It's also why we're learning to pause when we need to.
For us, sustainability isn't just about what goes into the dough. It's about the pace we keep, the care we take, and the way we show up for our community.​
