Although focaccia come in different shapes and sizes, they can be heated, ready-for-eating, in one simple way:


  1. Heat your oven to 180 C,

  2. Place the focaccia in the oven for 8 minutes and

  3. Remove and enjoy.


How easy is that? Alternatively, you can also enjoy your focaccia at room temperature.

"Use scissors to cut focaccia. It's the easiest, most efficient way. Some people prefer to slice them in quarters; others have even tried cutting them in long thin "fingers" ready for dipping into your sauce or soup."
